Cut Aways are stable, soft stabilizers that remain under the fabric permanently. A Cut Away non-woven prevents the fabric from shifting while embroidering. It is called Cut Away because you simply cut away the overlapping remains of the stabilizer with scissors. Cut Away non-woven is ideally suited for large, elaborate embroidery with high stitch count and high stitch density. It is also well suited for embroidery on thick, expandable textiles.

Super Film
Ideal for delicate fabrics.
Super Film is a heat-sensitive special clear plasticlike film which disintegrates with a hot dry iron. Works well on speciality fabrics such as satin, velvet and corduroy without puckering. Use for fabrics too delicate for Tear Away, too sheer for Cut Away, or aren't washable at all. Super Film disappears when heat is applied. This perforated foil is the ideal backing for badges, it remains under the stitching, continuing to support it during washing.
