Order and Payment:

At Madeira-webshop you can only order items via our website. If you have requests for items that are not on the site, you are very welcome to contact us with mail and we will try to help you.

You must be 18 years old to shop at Madeira-webshop – if you are under 18 years, you must consent to your parents. You can also shop in our physical shop in Herning – Denmark, Madeira-webshop, Sandvigvej 2, 7400 Herning. You are also very welcome to return items purchased from the webshop at our physical shop.

It is possible to view previous orders when logging in to the website.

Kindly order in the webshop and after make bank transfer. Nykredit BANK, Account No. 8117-3186673, IBAN: DK9081170003186673  BIC: NYKBDKKK. Please note that we do not charge payment of bank transfer. Kindly make a quick transfer, it will be a little faster for us to see money in our account.


All representatives of the embroidery shops can become dealer of Madeira products. Please send E-mail to get this.

Prices and delivery:

The prices on the website are based on the customer having vat number If you do not have a vat number the price is with Danish VAT.

Please start with registration. If you are hobby users, make your order as usual. If you have an VAT number, you must have a login.

Delivery is made with GLS. Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 days. For goods in the remote warehouse they are shipped within 7-10 days. Foreign countries take a little longer.

Cancellation and return:

You have 14 days of with drawal when you shop at The cancellation right expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The notification must be given by mail. In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of with drawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send by return.

You will find it at the bottom of the terms, as well as your order confirmation. You can’t regret just by refusing the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.

Your order must be returned to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs incurred in returning the item. You bear the risk of the item from the delivery of the item, and upon return you are responsible for the goods being packaged properly.

If you wish to change the item to another item, please send your item back and make a new order at our webshop.

Custom made goods:

No right of withdrawal is granted on goods that are manufactured or adapted to your needs. By accepting terms when ordering this type of goods, you agree at the same time that the cancellation right will lapse. All custom-made / customized items are thus included.

Item status when returning it:

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.

Refund of purchase amount:

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us ex. delivery costs back. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise. We will hold back the refund until we have returned the item. We recommend that you return the item in original packaging – together with a copy of your order confirmation – if you want to be sure to get all your money back.

You have 2 years of warranty on all items when you shop at Madeira-webshop This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. You can’t rely on defects that appear more than 2 years after delivery. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Any errors or omissions of the received shell are relied upon within a reasonable time after they have been found – If you advertise within 2 months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be timely. In case of complaint, receipt must always be provided.


If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
In connection with the return, please inform about the error and the defect. In any claim, please provide a copy of your order confirmation.
